Is a practice server the same as an IDES server?
IDES refers to SAP's demonstration dataset. Most practice systems are loaded with IDES-style sample data, so the terms are often used interchangeably.
Do I need my own SAP licence?
No — access to the learning environment is included in what you rent.
How long can I keep it?
As long as you keep renewing. Most learners start with a month and extend.
